Abstract:
Through the process mineralogy study on the raw ore sample of Xiling gold mine in Shandong province, it is found that the gold grade of the gold ore is 3.81g/t, and the other valuable elements are silver, and the grade is 3.28g/t, which can be comprehensively recovered. The gold in ore mainly exists in the form of natural gold and argon-gold. Most of the metal minerals are pyrite, a small amount of sphalerite, chalcopyrite, galena, arsenopyrite, etc. The main non-metallic minerals are quartz, followed by Muscovite, plagioclase, potassium feldspar and so on. Gold minerals in ores are mainly produced in the form of exposed gold, and the distribution size is mainly more than 10μm. The distribution relationship between gold minerals and pyrite is close, and the distribution size of pyrite is relatively coarse. It is easier to recover gold by total sulfide flotation under suitable grinding fineness. According to the results of process mineralogy research, it is recommended to adopt the whole sulfide flotation process. Under the conditions of suitable grinding finity and reagent system, the closed-circuit test of the whole process obtained the beneficiation index of Au concentrate containing 62.77g/t and Au recovery of 98.89%.
