| Abstract: |
| A ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop layout is mainly designed based on production experience, and a scientific theoretical methods is needed to evaluate whether the workshop layout has reached optimization. The article adopts the SLP method to optimize and evaluate the layout of a ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop, analyzes the logistics and non logistics relationships of each work unit in the workshop layout, and obtains a comprehensive relationship table for each work unit according to the calculation formula in the SLP method. Based on this, problems in the existing workshop layout are identified, and the optimization and evaluation of the workshop layout are achieved. The logistics intensity of the layout of the ternary Li-ion cathode material workshop optimized by the SLP method has been reduced by 46.7%, and the layout of each work unit is also more reasonable, which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.The results indicate that the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material can be further optimized, and the SLP method can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the optimization and evaluation of the workshop layout for ternary Li-ion cathode material. |
