| Abstract: |
| Taking Sanshandao Gold Mine as a worked example, FLAC3D numerical analysis software was used to simulate deep roadway with different section sizes, aiming to study the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of different section sizes under complex stress conditions. The results show that with the increase of the cross-section size of the roadway, the stress continues to concentrate in the deep surrounding rock. The maximum and minimum principal stresses around the roadway generally increase with the roadway section increasing. The change trend of the maximum principal stress is greater than that of the minimum principal stress. In different section sizes, the vertical principal stress distribution is concentrated in the two sides of the roadway, while the horizontal principal stress distribution is concentrated in the roof of the roadway. In addition, the size of the roadway has a significant influence on the deformation of the surrounding rock of the deep roadway. With the increase of the cross-section size of the roadway, the deformation around the roadway increases. |
