| Abstract: |
| The copper grade of a sulfur-oxygen mixed ore in Laos is 1.23%, and the copper oxidation rate is 26.02%. The gold content is 3.03 g/t, and most of them exist in intergranular form and package form. The ore contains 10% Mingjin, which is pre-concentrated by gravity separation. Copper sulfide minerals and other forms of gold minerals account for a large proportion, which is suitable for flotation. Therefore, the gravity-flotation combined process is used to comprehensively recover copper and gold, avoiding the loss of Mingjin. The ideal technical indicators were obtained : the gold grade of the gravity concentrate was as high as 915.50 g/t, and the recovery rate was 12.09% ; under the optimum conditions ( activator using sodium sulfide 1000 g/t + ammonium sulfate 500 g/t, collector using amyl xanthate 60 g/t + ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate 60 g/t ), the copper grade in the flotation concentrate reaches 27.48%, the operation recovery rate is 91.38%, the gold grade is 59.25 g/t, and the operation recovery rate is 90.93%. The comprehensive recovery of copper and gold is well realized. |
