Abstract:
A large amount of cyanide-containing wastewater is produced in the process of cyanide leaching for gold extraction, which needs to be treated harmlessly. Based on the analysis of the composition characteristics of cyanide-containing wastewater, this paper summarizes and analyzes the various treatment processes of cyanide-containing wastewater, including reaction mechanism, advantages and disadvantages and current situation of various processes. It is pointed out that the existing process has secondary pollution of the product, high treatment cost and low industrialization level of the new process. The future development of the treatment process should adhere to the principles of green environmental protection, improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the cost, adopt the combined treatment process, improve the new process and realize industrialization and the development of new materials, new equipment or new environmental protection agents, in order to promote the gold generating enterprises to achieve standard emissions and clean production.
