| Abstract: |
| Carbide slag is an alkaline hazardous waste produced in industrial production process, and its full utilization can help to realize the goal of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" as soon as possible. Using ammonium chloride as leaching agent and sealed mechanical activation means, the influence of ammonium chloride dosage, rotational speed, reaction time, liquid-solid ratio and other parameters on Ca leaching rate was investigated, and it was concluded that under the optimal reaction conditions of ammonium chloride dosage of 1.1 times, rotational speed of 500r/min, reaction time of 10min, and liquid-solid ratio of 4:1, the leaching rate of Ca could reach 89.76%, and the concentration of Ca in the filtrate was 79.4 g/L. |
