Abstract:
      The average content of Mo and Cu in a large molybdenum ore in Heilongjiang is 0.10 % and 0.018 %, respectively. Molybdenum-bearing minerals are mainly molybdenite, and copper-bearing minerals are mainly chalcopyrite. Although the grade is low, it has good floatability,which brings great difficulty to molybdenum cleaning operation. Especially in the high temperature environment in summer, the copper content in molybdenum concentrate is significantly increased, which has a great impact on the economic benefits of enterprises.In order to solve this problem, according to the ore properties of the mining area, the enterprise selected a new copper mineral inhibitor LQ202 after a large number of comparative tests. It is found that the inhibition effect of LQ202 on copper-containing minerals is better than that of sodium mercaptoacetate currently used in the concentrator, which is especially suitable for the high copper content in molybdenum concentrate at high temperature in summer.The closed-circuit test using LQ202 as a copper inhibitor can obtain a molybdenum concentrate grade of 51.218 % and a copper content of 0.187 %. The industrial test was carried out on the basis of laboratory data. When the dosage of LQ202 in the whole process was only 75g / t, the grade of molybdenum concentrate was 51.55 %, the recovery rate was 88.21 %, and the copper content was 0.174 %. The index is good, which effectively solves the influence of high temperature on the quality of molybdenum concentrate in summer, and can increase the profit of more than 6 million yuan for the enterprise every year.
