| A large amount of mineral processing wastewater will be produced in the production process of lead-zinc sulphide ore by flotation, the pH value, suspended solids, Chemical oxygen demand and heavy metal ions in the wastewater often exceed the limit of the water quality standard.The direct discharge of mineral processing wastewater will disturb the water environment of the mining area and its surroundings, and the direct reuse will make the production index of mineral processing fluctuate and worsen, therefore, the lead-zinc mine enterprises must discharge the ore-dressing wastewater after treatment or recycle it back to the ore-dressing plant for production.?Taking Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine in Fengxian County of Shaanxi province as an example, this paper expounds the method and effect of total circulation of mineral processing wastewater.The Dongtangzi lead-zinc mine in Fengxian County, Shaanxi province, in compliance with the requirements of National Green Mine Construction, will recycle all the mineral processing wastewater back to the mineral processing plant for production, the mineral processing production is not smooth, the mineral processing index rapidly deteriorated.?In order to reduce the influence of mineral processing wastewater on the production and mineral processing indexes, the mineral processing wastewater circulation quantity and water quality were analyzed and monitored in this mine, the waste water treatment process was designed for the company, but due to the high cost in the initial stage and later stage, the mine is also committed to optimizing the system of reagents to reduce the dosage of reagents and to the simultaneous processing of wastewater and mineral processing operations in production.Through continuous adjustment and optimization of dressing reagent system, it mainly includes changing the adding point of lime and reducing the dosage of lime, using Z-1 flotation agent, MB flotation agent and BK204 foaming agent, the dosage of cupric sulfate and dithiocarbazide was reduced, and the dosage of Na2SO3, K2Cr2O6, Na2CO3, ZnSO4, xanthogenate and pine oil was stopped, the total dosage of dressing reagent was reduced from 13295g/t to 6500g/t,the dosage was reduced by 6795g/t,by 51%;At the same time, the flocculation of lime and Z-1 floatation agent and the inhibition of Z-1 floatation agent on heavy metals and carbon-containing substances purify the floatation working environment, so that the wastewater treatment and ore dressing are carried out simultaneously in the production process, the influence of the whole recycling of the mineral processing wastewater on the production is eliminated, and the total recycling of the mineral processing wastewater is realized.At this point, the mineral processing wastewater of the lead-zinc mine can be fully recycled for mineral processing production after natural settlement of the tailings reservoir, without the need for separate wastewater treatment,It provides a reference for the recycling use of the same type of lead-zinc ore dressing wastewater. |
