Abstract:
      Weakly consolidated soft rock has the typical characteristics of low strength, poor cementation, easy weathering and cement. Aiming at the problems of high technical difficulty, high safety risk, low efficiency and high cost encountered in the drilling and blasting of this kind of rock mass, a technical scheme of replacing the traditional drilling and blasting method with cantilever boring machine is proposed. In order to complete the test, the direct input cost is about 4,355,900 yuan, and the total input cost is about 13,053,400 yuan. During the test, the cumulative tunneling footage was 1297.21m, the total engineering quantity was 27729.49m3, the pure cutting capacity of the cantilever tunneling machine was 19.15m3/h, the average daily tunneling footage was 4.2m, and the average footage per shift was 3.41m. The test results show that the technology can effectively solve the production problems encountered during drilling and blasting in weakly consolidated soft rock mass. The mechanical drilling efficiency can reach more than 1.4 times that of drilling and blasting, and the drilling cost can be reduced on the basis of greatly improving the drilling efficiency. The research results have important practical value and significance.
