| Abstract: |
| In this article, the electrolytic manganese slag was disposed harmlessly through adding the alkaline additive combined with roasting under medium temperature, the influence of roasting temperature, roasting time and content of additive on water soluble manganese in slag, water soluble salt, ammonia nitrogen and organic content was discussed. The results shows that when the roasting temperature is 600℃, the roasting time is 100min and content of additive is 10%, the value of water soluble manganese in slag, water soluble salt, ammonia nitrogen and organic content in the roasted sample is 0.21ug/l, 1.91%, 3.36mg/l and 1.95%, respectively, which has met the class I standard of slag. The research has a guiding role in reducing the pollution risk of electrolytic manganese slag and realizing safe disposal. |
