| Abstract: |
| Micro powder sieve is a new type of vibrating screen product that uses linear excitation method. It has the characteristics of strong excitation force, large processing capacity per unit area, high screening efficiency, and low energy consumption. The use of micro powder screening as the inspection and screening equipment for high-pressure roller grinding products can solve the problems of small processing capacity and low screening efficiency of conventional screening equipment in dry screening of fine-grained materials. In order to improve the production capacity of the crushing system in a molybdenum ore beneficiation plant and reduce unit energy consumption, based on the principle of "more crushing and less grinding", a three-stage two closed circuit crushing process was formed by adding a high-pressure roller grinding + dry closed circuit screening process between the original crushing and grinding operations. The newly added screening equipment adopts 2 SSMS33100 micro-powder sieves. In production and operation practice, the screening efficiency of the micro powder sieve is basically maintained at over 90% under different working conditions, and the power consumption per unit of ore in the crushing and grinding system has decreased by 34.26% compared to before the transformation. |
