| Abstract: |
| Invisible shielding materials play a significant role in various applications involving electromagnetic radiation attenuation in both military and civilian sectors. Carbon-based materials offer an effective solution for manufacturing ultra-thin, multifunctional, and high-performance shielding materials due to their lightweight nature, excellent dielectric properties, high conductivity, and good chemical stability. This review provides a detailed examination of various carbon-based microwave absorption materials, including carbon black, carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphite, and graphene. The new advancements in the development of carbon-based microwave absorption materials are summarized, highlighting the structures, advantages, and limitations of each material. The aim is to provide a reference for further improving the microwave absorption performance of novel carbon-based absorptive materials. |
