| Abstract: |
| This paper adopts the method of simulating the real aero-engine working condition, using the BGRIMM-ATR high temperature and ultra-high speed abrasive testing machine to carry out the simulated working condition abrasive experiments on nickel-graphite sealing coatings under different hardness conditions, to study the effect of hardness change on the abrasive properties of nickel-graphite sealing coatings, and to analyze the optical and scanning electronic morphology of the coatings, and to evaluate the abrasive properties by using a variety of means of characterization. The results show that the surface hardness of the nickel-graphite sealer coating has a strong negative correlation with the wearability at 480℃, line speed of 400m/s, feed speed of 50μm/s and feed depth of 500μm, i.e., the higher the surface hardness of the nickel-graphite sealer coating is, the lower the wearability performance is. |
