| Abstract: |
| The geotube method is a dam building method that uses the geotube filling body to build a dam continuously and alternately. The geotube method is usually used to build a dam on the soft beach in the tailings pond, which makes it necessary to monitor the dam foundation displacement in the process of dam building. However, due to the limitations of the geotube method construction technology, the traditional monitoring method represented by the settlement monitoring board has problems such as hindering construction, discontinuous monitoring and unable to monitor in real time. In view of this, the shape acceleration array can be embedded and can realize continuous real-time monitoring on time and space scales. The engineering test is carried out, and the shape acceleration array is applied to the typical dam construction project with the geotube method. The research results show that the shape acceleration array (SAA) can accurately capture the dam foundation displacement response characteristics under the influence of the geotube stacking step, quantify the settlement generated by a single stacking step, and is better suitable for the geotube dam construction process. It can realize the continuous monitoring of dam foundation displacement in the process of dam construction with the geotube method, and solve the problem that the traditional monitoring method represented by the settlement observation plate is difficult to continuously monitor in time and space scales. By analyzing the monitoring data, the displacement of the geotube dam foundation is proportional to the extension distance of the measuring point to the reservoir. The average settlement of the geotube dam foundation at the far end of the reservoir is about 90 mm, the average settlement of the middle geotube dam foundation is about 45 mm, and the average settlement of the geotube dam foundation in front of the near end dam is about 40 mm. Under the same overlying load, the deformation duration of the dam foundation at the far end of the reservoir is longer than that in front of the dam foundation at the near end. The successful application of shape acceleration array engineering test provides a new automatic monitoring method for the geotube dam construction process, and provides technical support for the subsequent geotube dam foundation displacement monitoring and construction supervision. |
