| Abstract: |
| The ion exchange resin gold extraction process is a non-filtration extraction technology. In cyanidation systems, ion exchange resins exhibit fast adsorption kinetics, high adsorption capacity, and high recovery rates for Au(CN)2?, demonstrating strong process adaptability and promising application prospects. This paper first provides a comprehensive analysis of the general aspects of resin-based gold extraction within cyanide systems, summarizing the fundamental characteristics, types, and properties of the resins used. Subsequently, focusing on the widely researched resin gold extraction technology, it analyzes the principles of Au(CN)2? leaching in cyanide systems, the fundamental mechanisms of Au(CN)2? adsorption onto ion exchange resins, and details the process flow, influencing factors, and applications of the Resin-in-Pulp method for gold recovery. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the resin gold extraction process in cyanide systems are elaborated, existing challenges are discussed, and future development directions are pointed out, emphasizing the development of resins with higher selectivity and improved environmental friendliness, alongside the advancement of various integrated technologies to effectively enhance gold recovery rates. |
