| Abstract: |
| With the continuous progress of aviation technology, the temperature of the turbine part is constantly rising, which puts forward more stringent requirements on the high temperature resistance of the turbine and the corresponding protective measures. Abradable sealing coatings effectively control the gap between rotor and stator through self-sacrificing abrasion and protect the blade tips from damage, which is of vital significance for improving engine efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and extending service life. This paper introduces the high-temperature abradable sealing coating above 1 000 ℃, and focuses on analyzing the basic mechanical properties, thermal stability and abradable properties of high-temperature abradable sealing coatings. It summarizes the challenges faced by high-temperature abradable sealing coatings and gives an outlook on the future development direction. |
