| Abstract: |
| In response to the core bottlenecks of high energy consumption and low yield in the spheroidization production process of natural graphite, from the perspective of global optimization of spherical graphite production lines, reveals that the contradiction between "over-crushing" and "premature shaping" leads to the inherent limitations of traditional production lines. Based on this, Innovatively, a three-stage collaborative optimization strategy of "efficient crushing-smooth transition-densification and shaping" was proposed, and the production line process flow was reconstructed. In response to the key issue of the imbalance between efficiency and effect in the final shaping section, a series of equipment innovations were carried out: by optimizing the geometry of the hammerhead (from square to circular), over-crushing during the shaping process was effectively suppressed. Furthermore, a closed-loop batch shaping machine was developed. By replacing the traditional series multi-stage shaping with an internal circulation mechanism, it fundamentally solved the problem of product yield loss caused by the lengthy process. After verification with different grades of raw materials, the optimized process has good universality and provides a brand-new technical path for the efficient and low-consumption production of natural graphite anode materials. |
